The class is entirely in the pool. The emphasis is on gentle Yoga based and hydrotherapy exercises to get the body moving and the circulation going. Moving joints and helping with pain relief and reduction of swelling. There will be a general warm up together with breathing exercises, a main posture/exercise section and at the end we will indulge in a wonderful floating relaxation with a guided meditation. There will be floats and woggles provided, all you need to bring is yourself and wear comfortable water based clothing eg swimming costumes or sports t- shirt and shorts.

This class aims to leave you feeling well exercised, more flexible with stronger, less stiff joints and muscles and with a more positive attitude and greater self esteem. CURRENTLY I HAVE NO AQUA YOGA CLASSES RUNNING.
